B&B Selvarossa

The apartment is located in a quiet, green neighborhood and is well connected to the city center by two convenient bus lines. The journey to the center, whether by bus or car, takes only about 15 minutes. The apartment is also ideally situated for easy access to the highway and the Bologna Fiera exhibition center. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, free parking just outside the building, and unlimited high-speed WiFi. An Italian breakfast is included.

Our apartment is on the third floor and features two large double bedrooms with queen-size beds. Each room is equipped with spacious wardrobes, desks suitable for PCs and laptops, ergonomic office chairs, central heating, chandeliers, high-speed WiFi, bedside lamps, clothes hangers, bedside tables, blackout curtains, electric blinds, mirrors, linens, memory foam pillows, towels, and waste bins. Each bedroom provides two towels per guest in different sizes.

The total capacity of the Selvarossa apartment is 7 guests (5 adults and 2 children). The accommodation includes a large kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals comfortably. Guests have access to a complete set of tableware, pots, pans, cutting boards, and other essential kitchen tools. Additional appliances include a microwave, blender, toaster, and dishwasher.

The bathroom is fully equipped with all the necessary sanitary facilities for your stay. It includes a toilet, bidet, sink with a spacious vanity and mirror, and a shower with a main showerhead and multiple hydromassage jets.
